Notice of Intent to Post Request for Proposals
October 14, 2008
Southeastern State Air Resource Managers, Inc. (SESARM) intends to post a Request for Proposals (RFP) within the next 30 days to aid the southeastern state and local agencies in developing emissions inventories for emissions and air quality modeling to support the fine particle, ozone, and regional haze programs. Proposals will be requested to develop base year and future year inventories and future year control strategies, and to complete emissions inventory improvements for specific source sectors.
The RFP will be available on the SESARM website for approximately 30 days. All proposal submissions must be received no later than the date identified in the RFP when it is posted. SESARM reserves the right to reject late proposals and to postpone or cancel this project if funding or other circumstances impact its viability.
