The Planning Workgroup is responsible for developing the overall plan for VISTAS activities, coordination and development of air quality strategies, cost benefit analysis of strategies, coordination of template development for SIP submittals, development of materials and reports, and other activities as directed by the VISTAS State and Tribal Air Directors and VISTAS Coordinating Committee.
